Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your BungySploog gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns, cancellations, and refunds work.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it's enough to send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

How to start a return You can request a return directly from your account. Click the "Returns and cancellations" link in our footer, log in with the email you used at checkout, and select the order and item(s) you'd like to return.

Cancellations You may cancel an order any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, please use the return process above.

Return shipping We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees.

Condition of returned items Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle items as you would in a store to inspect them; you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what's necessary.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used for the order. We will not charge you any fees for the refund.

Exceptions Certain items may be exempt from return where permitted by law (for example, custom-made or personalized goods). Our standard apparel is returnable.
